The development features a state-of-the-art showroom, fully equipped workshop, upper-deck office spaces, and extensive external car display area. The design incorporates modern construction techniques while respecting the heritage significance of the site.

Building on the historic Rolls Royce site required careful consideration of heritage constraints while meeting the specific operational requirements of a modern automotive facility. The project demanded integration of showroom, workshop, and office functions within a cohesive design.
