Michael Jordan
Managing Director
Michael joined the company in 2008 and became a Director in 2015. He has a broad range of experience in both medium and large scale projects in both the public and private sectors. With a background in steel fabrication and installation he has an in depth knowledge of the construction process and site supervision. He is a chartered member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and an Approved Certifier under the SER administered scheme for Certification of Design (Building Structures) in Scotland.
Alison Tunnah
Director - DCF Glasgow
Ali runs the business in Glasgow and has built her career in the construction and design industry, delivering projects of all sizes from concept through to completion across both the public and private sectors. With 25 years of hands-on experience, she is skilled at bringing people and teams together to deliver projects that are not only well designed but also practical, thoughtful, and built to last.
Mark McCormick
Associate Director
Mark has been with MacLeod + Jordan since 2014, progressing from Civil/Structural Engineer to Associate Director in 2020. With over 11 years of experience, he has developed expertise across a wide range of civil and structural engineering projects throughout Aberdeen and Scotland. His comprehensive understanding of both design and project delivery has made him a key member of our leadership team.
Kyle Greig
BIM Manager
Kyle has been with the company since 2024 and has played a key role in developing our BIM implementation strategy. His expertise in 3D modeling, clash detection, and digital construction workflows has significantly improved our project delivery efficiency.
Martin Packham
Engineer
Martin has over 6 years of experience in structural engineering, specializing in complex building designs and innovative structural solutions. His technical expertise has been vital to the success of many of our challenging projects.
