Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD
  • Create and develop 3D models using Revit software
  • Assist in preparation of plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Interpret technical information from engineers and stakeholders
  • Provide general technical support to the engineering team
  • Learn to manage and organise project-related documentation
  • Contribute to quality and accuracy of project deliverables
  • Adhere to company standards and procedures
Requirements
  • Strong interest in engineering and the built environment
  • Good numeracy and literacy with keen eye for detail
  • Basic understanding of computer software (AutoCAD/Revit advantageous)
  • Good problem-solving skills and logical approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Three Scottish Highers plus Maths and English at National 5 level (or equivalent)
