We were appointed civil and structural engineering consultants to develop and existing warehouse into 1300m2 data centre for IFB.
The entailed strengthening the existing building and providing additional structure in support of the new plant.
The centre was to be one of four in the UK that held the highest award of Tier 3 certificate from the Uptime Institute.
Overall the design had to be sustainable and energy efficient and with the certification is anticipated to be the model for the future projects of this nature.
