Construction information |
This was a design and build project specifically to meet the exacting standards of a discerning client.
This was a three storey braced structural steel frame carried by pad and strip foundations.
Upper floors were constructed in steel decking with infill concrete carried by structural steel floor beams made composite to maintain minimum overall depth of the upper floors.
Internal columns were positioned to create the maximum clear working area and modern open plan offices specified by the client.
A specially featured board room provided an end result that met with the clients requirement for a prestigious focal point for the commercial activity of the business.
Wright Associates specified the site investigation requirements that permitted the economic design of the foundations, the roads and associated car parking.
Construction methods were phased to permit early entry into the lower levels and minimise disruption to client business operations.
